Travel Style: Spring Basics #yukonstyle

Spring is really my favorite time of year, it means back to lightweight coats, pretty dresses and all things floral.

Although I have a wardrobe for every season (as you really should if you’re a fashion blogger) this year I’ve done a MAJOR closet purge in hopes that I can “get back to basics” & am actually having a Closet Sale this weekend which you can get all the deets for here.

In my list of getting back to basics I’ve added some essentials to my closet that really everyone should have for spring:

-a lightweight coat that’s VERSATILE: something you can dress up or down
-a pair of denim WITHOUT rips, which is something I didn’t have until recently
-a pair of cute runners
-a spring dress that can go from day to night with a simple jacket or a coat
-a chic neutral bag

While I was in Whitehorse, although it was still freezing cold and still isn’t  “technically” spring weather I went shopping for spring because I’m a chronic planner… with everything.

I visited Seasons Galleria to do some major spring shopping and was thoroughly impressed.

The store was beautiful, spacious and well planned out. The brands that they carry are versatile and offered tons of variety so anyone and everyone could shop their and find something.

The customer service was lovely and the owners clearly care immensely about their shoppers.

I found the perfect coat for spring, a pair of unripped denim and a new pair of runners that are perfect for travel.

If you ever find yourself in Whitehorse I highly recommend paying their shop a visit!

Until we meet again…
